By entering into an agreement with Noma Studio, you accept the terms of service below.
Note: These terms apply to website projects. If you've commissioned a different type of technical project from Noma Studio — such as an AI solution, automation, software, or a data tool — the terms agreed individually for that specific project apply instead.
1. Services
Noma Studio builds custom-coded websites from scratch, with a focus on design, performance and user experience.
The scope, features and price of a project are agreed individually with each client.
2. Project process
Before development begins, the project's content, price and expected delivery time are agreed.
Work only begins once the deposit has been received.
3. Payment
- 50% of the agreed price is paid at the start of the project.
- The remaining 50% is paid before the website is published or handed over to the client.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK).
Missing payment may delay the project.
4. Changes and revisions
Minor adjustments are included during the development process.
Significant changes, additional features, or changes outside the agreed scope may incur an additional cost. The client will always be informed of this before the work is carried out.
5. Delivery
The expected delivery time is agreed individually.
Delays caused by missing material, approvals, or feedback from the client may extend the delivery time accordingly.
6. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing the material needed for the project, including for example:
- Text copy
- Logo
- Images
- Brand material
- Other relevant content
The client is also responsible for ensuring that all submitted material may be used, and that any copyright is respected.
7. Ownership
Once full payment has been received, ownership of the finished website transfers to the client.
Noma Studio reserves the right to display the finished website as a reference in its portfolio, on social media, and on its own website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellation
If the client chooses to discontinue the project after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the value of the work carried out exceeds the deposit paid, Noma Studio reserves the right to invoice for the remaining work completed.
9. Support
After delivery, 14 days of free bug fixes are offered for errors caused by the original development.
After this period, further changes, new features, or extensions are considered additional work and billed by agreement.
10. Hosting and domain
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for hosting, domain, email, and ongoing operation after the project concludes.
If Noma Studio assists with setup or maintenance, this is agreed separately.
11. Limitation of liability
Noma Studio cannot be held liable for:
- Downtime at hosting providers
- Errors in third-party services
- Browser updates
- Changes made by the client after delivery
- Direct or indirect losses resulting from unavailability or technical issues
12. Processing of personal data
If you contact Noma Studio via the contact form or email, your personal data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver the requested service.
Your information is never shared with third parties unless required by law.
